Itinerary
Day 1 - Morning Departure from your hotel (anywhere in the Kanab/St George/Hurricane area). Transfer to the trailhead (about an hour). Hike to to the "Wave". After arrival at the wave we will spend several hours taking photos and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. There are several other connected areas to explore nearby including the "second wave". After return hike, your guide will drive you back to your hotel.
Tour includes transportation & guide services. WAVE PERMITS ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE LOTTERY PROCESS
About permits:
To visit the Wave you MUST have a permit for North Coyote Buttes.. There are 2 ways to get permits. There is an online drawing at the beginning of each month for permits for the 4th month from the lottery (for example, April permits are given out in the January lottery). There is also an "in person' lottery every morning in Kanab for permits for the following day. We cannot guide you to the wave if you do not have a permit!
